Every month there is one day that volunteers from the Ohlone Humane Society bring trained assisted therapy dogs to the library for children to read to or just hug and pet. I take my daughter there every month so she has a chance to pet dogs. I love dogs, and I hope that my daughter won't be afraid of them in the future. I think this is a great program for the kids, they are all very excited to pet the dogs and read to them.
